10/01/2015: Assailants opened fire on military personnel and village guards in Nusaybin district, Mardin province, Turkey. A soldier and an assailant were killed and six soldiers were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the incident to the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK).
