10/04/2015: Assailants kidnapped 70 Albu Nimr tribal members in Tharthar, Al Anbar, Iraq. The victims were killed and their bodies were found the following day. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), noting that the victims were relatives of security force members and volunteer fighters.

Criteria
Criteria 1

Successful Attack
Success of a terrorist strike is defined according to the tangible effects of the attack.
