Incident Summary:

10/09/2015: Assailants on a motorcycle attacked a group of civilians near the Burkinabe border in Dounapen village, Mopti region, Mali. Three civilians including a mayoral assistant were killed in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the attack; however sources attributed it to the Macina Liberation Front (FLM) and Fulani Militants.
