Incident Summary:
10/13/2015: Assailants kidnapped three police officers in Ngagara neighborhood, Bujumbura city, Bujumbura Mairie province, Burundi. At least nine people, including one of the abducted officers, were killed and one other was injured in clashes when police launched an operation to rescue the kidnapped officers. The remaining two officers were rescued later the same day. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
