Incident Summary:
10/18/2015: Assailants attacked military positions and civilians in Bakaiko neighborhood, Oicha subdistrict, North Kivu province, Democratic Republic of the Congo. This was one of two incidents in Oicha on this date. One civilian was killed and two soldiers were wounded across the two attacks. In addition, two civilians were abducted during the attacks. No group claimed responsibility for the attack; however, sources attributed the attack to the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF).

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
