11/07/2015: A suicide bomber detonated an explosive belt at a joint checkpoint in Tarmiyah, Saladin, Iraq. In addition to the assailant, at least one person was killed and seven people were injured in the blast; the victims included security force members and civilians. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the incident.
