11/12/2015: Armed assailants attacked an internally displaced people (IDP) camp in Bambari city, Ouaka prefecture, Central African Republic. Three civilians were killed while 31 were wounded in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the attack; however, sources attributed it to the Seleka militia.
