11/12/2015: A Palestinian assailant brandished a knife as he was stopped by Israeli soldiers just outside a checkpoint on Shuhadah Street in Hebron city, West Bank and Gaza Strip. In response, the soldiers shot and killed the man. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the incident to a Palestinian extremist.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
Criterion 2

Successful Attack
Success of a terrorist strike is defined according to the tangible effects of the attack.
