12/08/2015: Assailants opened fire on Special Task Force (STF) officers in Kistaram area, Chhattisgarh state, India. Five assailants were killed and five officers were injured in the ensuing clash. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Maoists.
