12/13/2015: An explosive device targeting power transmission lines belonging to the Lepanto Consolidated Mining Company detonated in Nayak area, Sapid village, Benguet province, Philippines. There were no reported casualties in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the explosion; however, sources suspected the involvement of the New People's Army (NPA).

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
