Incident Summary:

12/00/2015: Sometime between December 1, 2015 and December 31, 2015, assailants opened fire on Jun Tarsum in Patikul district, Sulu province, Philippines. Tasrum, the Patikul vice mayor, was not harmed and there were no reported casualties in the assault. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG).
