12/24/2015: Assailants attacked local farmers in Kauran village, Ampatuan town, Maguindanao province, Philippines. Five farmers were killed in the attack. This was one of five related attacks on this date. The Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Movement (BIFM) claimed responsibility for the incidents.
