01/07/2016: A suicide bomber detonated at Petroleum Facilities Guard (PFG) checkpoint in Ras Lanuf town, Sirte district, Libya. In addition to the assailant, at least seven people were killed in the blast; the victims included PFG personnel and civilians. The Tripoli Province of the Islamic State claimed responsibility for the attack.
