02/02/2016: Assailants attacked Hutu civilians near Luofo town, North Kivu province, Democratic Republic of the Congo. Five Hutu civilians were killed in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Mayi Mayi fighters.
