02/07/2016: Assailants threw a hand grenade at a Crimean Tatar People office in the Iliushi Kulyka Street area, Kherson city, Kherson oblast, Ukraine. There were no reported casualties in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to a pro-Russian militia.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.

Successful Attack
