Incident Summary:

02/14/2016: Assailants attacked police officers at a restaurant in Otare, Norte de Santander department, Colombia. One police officer was killed and three others, including a police officer and two civilians, were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the National Liberation Army of Colombia (ELN).
