Incident Summary:

02/15/2016: Assailants attacked an Afghan Local Police (ALP) checkpoint in Malgir area, Helmand province, Afghanistan. At least two police officers were killed and three officers and six assailants were injured in the ensuing clash. No group claimed responsibility for the attack; however, sources attributed it to the Taliban.
