03/09/2016: Assailants fired mortars at civilian houses in Gulwade, Kismaayo, Lower Juba, Somalia. This was one of two related shellings in Kismayo on this date. At least six civilians were wounded across both attacks. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Al-Shabaab.
