03/12/2016: Assailants detonated an explosive devices targeting the Cano Limon-Covenas Oil Pipeline in El Carmen, Norte de Santander, Colombia. The pipeline was damaged in the attack. This was one of two related attacks targeting this pipeline on this date. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to National Liberation Army of Colombia (ELN).
