03/22/2016: An explosive device was discovered and defused in Iganagampong, Maguindanao, Philippines. The device was thought to be targeting Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) soldiers. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources suspected that the attack was carried out by the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Movement (BIFM), which denied involvement.
