03/24/2016: An assailant beat and stabbed an Ahmadi Muslim shopkeeper in Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom. The shopkeeper, identified as Asad Shah, was killed and another person was injured in the assault. Tanveer Ahmed claimed responsibility and stated that Shah was targeted because he was disrespectful toward the Prophet Muhammad.
