04/28/2016: Assailants abducted two civilians in Ab Kamari district, Badghis, Afghanistan. One of the hostages was released unharmed shortly after the abduction while the other victim was flogged and released the following day, on April 29, 2016. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.
