Incident Summary:

04/29/2016: Assailants equipped with explosives-laden vehicles attacked a security checkpoint near Siniyah, Saladin, Iraq. This was one of four related assaults on checkpoints in the area on this date. At least 11 security force members were killed and 12 members were injured across all four events. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents; however, sources attributed the attacks to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
