Incident Summary:
05/09/2016: Assailants shelled a Popular Resistance Committee post in Ash Shaqab, Taizz, Yemen. This was one of ten related attacks in Taizz governorate on this day. At least one person and five assailants were killed and an unknown number of other people were wounded across the attacks. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Houthi extremists (Ansar Allah).

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
Criterion 2
