05/12/2016: Assailants, including suicide bombers, equipped with explosives-laden vehicles attacked joint forces in Al Hajj 'Ali, Makhmur, Arbil, Iraq. At least 63 assailants were killed and two soldiers were injured in the ensuing clash. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
