05/21/2016: An explosive device detonated targeting Colonel Mohamed Soualem, former labor minister, near Abu Qurayn, Misrata, Libya. At least four people, including Soualem and three soldiers, were killed in the blast. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Tripoli Province of the Islamic State.
