05/21/2016: Assailants abducted Asad Tareen near Pishin, Balochistan, Pakistan. Tareen, the son of the provincial minister for local government, was released on September 8, 2016. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA), the Baloch Liberation Front (BLF), or the Baloch Republican Army (BRA).
