Incident Summary:

05/21/2016: Assailants opened fire and threw an unknown number of explosive devices at the Chhattisgarh Armed Force (CAF) camp in Cherli, Bijapur district, Chhattisgarh, India. There were no reported casualties in the assault. This was one of two attacks targeting CAF camps in Bijapur district on the same day. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the incidents to Maoists.
