Incident Summary:

07/19/2016: Assailants executed an unknown number of civilians in Sadr an Nahr, Kirkuk, Iraq. This was one of two related attacks in the area in which five civilians were killed. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents; however, sources attributed the attacks to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), stating the victims were accused of helping families flee the area.
