07/28/2016: Assailants attacked a police checkpost in Ismail Khel, Wardak, Afghanistan. This was one of two related attacks targeting police checkposts in Jalrez district on this date. Four assailants were killed and 15 people, including civilians and police officers, were injured across both events. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the incidents.
