08/02/2016: Assailants attacked a family fleeing near Marir, Nineveh, Iraq. A pregnant woman was killed and four children were abducted in the assault. The outcome of the kidnapping is unknown. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
