08/21/2016: A suicide bomber riding a motorcycle detonated at a market in Mora, Extreme-North, Cameroon. In addition to the assailant, at least three people were killed and 24 other people were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to Boko Haram.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
