08/25/2016: Assailants attempted to attack a security checkpoint in At Tumah, North Sinai, Egypt. At least five assailants were killed as security forces repelled the assault. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Sinai Province of the Islamic State.
