Incident Summary:

08/26/2016: A suicide bomber detonated at Makhmur Refugee Camp in Makhmur, Arbil, Iraq. A second bomber was shot and killed by security forces before detonating. In addition to the two bombers, at least two people were killed and another was injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
