09/03/2016: Assailants attacked military personnel providing road security near Aktutun, Hakkari, Turkey. Five soldiers were killed and six soldiers were injured in the assault. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK).
