09/02/2016: Assailants detonated explosive devices and opened fire on military personnel in Loa, Eastern Equatoria, South Sudan. At least two soldiers were killed in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Sudan People's Liberation Movement in Opposition (SPLM-IO).
