09/14/2016: An assailant drove his vehicle into Phoenix Police Department officers outside a QuikTrip convenience store in Phoenix, Arizona, United States. At least three officers were injured in the attack. Marc LaQuon Payne was arrested in connection with the incident and claimed responsibility. sources noted that Payne "talked about how there'll be war with white people," in the past and that "his views were extreme black nationalist views."
