09/18/2016: An assailant stabbed and wounded an Israel Defense Forces (IDF) officer in Efrat, West Bank. The assailant was also injured in the ensuing clash. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources identified the assailant as Baha a-Din Muhammad Khalil, a Palestinian extremist.
