Incident Summary:
09/22/2016: Assailants armed with firearms and sharp weapons attacked residents and set fire to buildings in Kasinga neighborhood, Beni, North Kivu, Democratic Republic of the Congo. At least 10 people were killed, an unknown number of others were injured, and two people were reported as missing in the incident. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF).
