09/25/2016: Assailants detonated explosive devices and opened fire on a military patrol between Miyanti and Dareljamal in Borno, Nigeria. At least four soldiers, including an officer, and three assailants were killed and 19 security force members were injured in the ensuing clash. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Boko Haram.
