10/01/2016: An explosives-laden pressure cooker was discovered and defused on railway tracks in Jagiraha, Bihar, India. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Maoists. In addition, sources suspected the involvement of the Khorasan Chapter of the Islamic State.
