10/11/2016: Assailants abducted two civilians, identified as Maysa and Fathi Ayish Salameh, in Arish, North Sinai, Egypt. One of the hostages was killed on October 12, 2016, while the other hostage was killed on October 15, 2016. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Sinai Province of the Islamic State.
