Incident Summary:

10/12/2016: Assailants abducted Felix Urbieta from Belen Kue, Concecpcion, Paraguay. The whereabouts of Urbieta, the uncle of the governor of Concepcion state, are unknown. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Mariscal Lopez Army (EML). Additionally, a government official suspected that the Paraguayan People's Army (EPP) had carried out the abduction.
