Incident Summary:

10/15/2016: Two suicide bombers raided the house of an Iraqi Volunteer Forces leader in Kuban, Diyala, Iraq. At least four members of the chief's family were killed in the attack. Following the assault, the assailants fled but were cornered by security members, causing them to detonate and kill themselves. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the attack.
