10/19/2016: Two explosive devices were discovered at an electricity pylon in Mondonedo, Cundinamarca, Colombia. One of the devices detonated while it was being defused, injuring two police officers. This was one of three related attacks targeting electricity pylons in the area on this date. The National Liberation Army of Colombia (ELN). claimed responsibility for the incident.
