10/22/2016: An explosive device attached to the vehicle of Abdul Aziz detonated in Mihtarlam, Laghman, Afghanistan. Aziz, a provincial council member, was unharmed; however, eight people, including two of Aziz's guards, were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
