11/16/2016: Assailants opened fire on a van belonging to the Pengeri tea estate in Pengre, Assam, India. One person was killed and two others were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the United Liberation Front of Assam (ULFA).
