11/21/2016: Assailants abducted three road construction employees from Champijang, Assam, India. One hostage was released shortly after the kidnapping, and the fate of the remaining two hostages is unknown. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, police officials suspected that the National Socialist Council of Nagaland-Khaplang (NSCN-K) carried out the attack.
