11/22/2016: Snipers opened fire on 'Abd-al-Latif al-Humayim in Mosul, Nineveh, Iraq. Al-Humayim, the Sunni Endowment chairperson, was not harmed in the assault. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
