Incident Summary:

11/22/2016: An explosive device detonated and assailants opened fire on a military convoy near Hsenwi, Shan, Myanmar. At least one civilian was killed in the ensuing clash. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Ta'ang National Liberation Army (TNLA) and the Kachin Independence Army (KIA).
